Fletcher Challenge Retirees Club - Wellington

The Club was formed in April 1990 and operated very smoothly until the holding company, Fletcher Challenge Limited, was broken up. Since then it has been more difficult to generate active involvement in the clubs activities. For example the attendance at the annual Christmas lunch is much smaller than during the 1990?s. However currently we have a general members list of 170 and an active membership of 42.

The major events we are planning over the next 12 months are:

• The Annual General Meeting of the Fletcher Challenge Retirees Club Wellington and the Annual Christmas luncheon will be advised in due course (actual date presently undecided)
